My Approach

Our approach and philosophy

Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic to be deep.

You don’t need to relive trauma, push through pain, or force anything to heal. The work I do is gentle, focused, and designed to meet you exactly where you are—without pressure, performance, or pretending.

The body leads.

We live in a world that constantly pulls us into our heads. But lasting change happens when we listen to the nervous system—not override it. Whether we’re using Brainspotting or hypnotherapy, your body holds the map. It knows what it’s ready to release, and when.

This is not talk therapy.

Words are useful—but they’re not always the way through. In this space, we go beyond analysis. We follow the subtle signals, the physical shifts, the patterns underneath the story. You don’t need to explain everything. You don’t need to make it make sense. We work with what’s alive in the moment.

You set the pace.

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. Sessions are collaborative, trauma-sensitive, and designed to support—not override—your inner process. I won’t lead you anywhere your system isn’t ready to go. Your readiness is the guide.

The tools I use.

I work with Brainspotting, clinical hypnotherapy, and somatic techniques that help process stored emotions, patterns, and beliefs—without needing to dig or decode. Sometimes we blend methods. Sometimes we focus on one. You don’t need to choose ahead of time. We’ll decide together based on what feels right.
