Welcome to SomaMind Therapy. By scheduling or purchasing any session, package, or program through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

• Services

SomaMind Therapy provides hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, EFT, and related subconscious-based wellness services for vocational and avocational self-improvement. Sessions are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

• Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session or package. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

• Client Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information, arrive on time, and participate fully in sessions. Results vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed.

• Policies Incorporated by Reference

All purchases are subject to SomaMind Therapy’s No-Refund Policy and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which are available below.

• Limitation of Liability

By engaging in services, you release SomaMind Therapy and its practitioners from liability for any outcomes resulting from participation, except where prohibited by law.

• Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

• All sales of sessions and packages are final. Payment secures your appointment times and reserves dedicated practitioner availability. Because scheduling space is limited and individualized, we do not issue refunds for any reason other than billing error.
• If you need to reschedule, please see our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy below. In cases of verified medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstance, SomaMind Therapy may, at its discretion, issue a credit toward future services.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

Effective Date: February 2025

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment at no cost.
• Changes made within 48 hours are subject to a $75 late change fee or may result in forfeiture of that session.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) are forfeited and non-refundable.
• Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• In the event of a documented emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
